Class Times: Fridays, 2nd and 4th of the month : 2 sessions, 10am -12:30pm and 1pm – 3:30pm, or bring your lunch and come for the full day. Saturdays , 2nd and 4th of the month : 2 sessions, 10am – 12;30pm and 1pm – 3:30pm, or bring your lunch and come for the full day. You may join the class at any stage of the year, subject to a place being available for you.
